The mildest of the Thai curries but definitely as tasty. Perfect with prawns or a vegetarian curry. Although not that common in the UK, yellow Thai curry is full of flavour and shouldn't be overlooked. Turmeric is the key ingredient giving its bright sunshine colour. Store in a dark, cool, dry place.
